Whole Grain Breakfast Cluster

Hey y'all! The week went by slow but fast haha

We put on the yard sale page of our area an ad for a free Book of Mormon and got bashed hard core! Shout out to the 2 guys who commented on our posts and stood up for us though! 

Anyway nothing else happened that was too interesting. Here is a quote from my studies this week:

My Companion is My 4th Cousin!!!

Hey y'all! It was a pretty good week!!

Some pretty cool miracles happened this week 😊 people's hearts are softening.

We also had interviews this week and while we were waiting for other people in their interviews we decided to see how we were all related! Me and Sister Zaugg are 4th cousins once removed! Haha now we keep calling each other cousin 😂 

There was one day we went out on a walk because we were feeling kind of sad. As we were on the walk we just really wanted to see a gopher. We were about to turn around to walk back to our apartment and all the sudden a gopher appeared out of no where and was 5ft away from us!! It looked right at us and we screamed then laughed 😂 God even answers just the little prayers lol 

"Jesus did not come to improve God’s view of man nearly so much as He came to improve man’s view of God” 

I love this quote. Being on a mission has taught me that some people don't know that God is our Heavenly Father. We're all trying to be like Jesus and one of those ways is to let people know who God really is. God is our loving Heavenly Father

I always say the same things at the end of my emails so I thought I'd mix it up this week. I typed this backwards so anyone who decodes it wins a high five (after quarantine of course)

Easter 🌼

1. I have such an amazing ward. On Easter we got knocks on our door all day of members giving us candy or food!

2. My mission President & his wife are the best. I don't know what I did to deserve to have them be my mission president & wife 

3. Please pray for us. Heart breaking circumstances have occurred and we're trying to hold on

I love y'all and please be safe. If you are not feeling good please please please seek help. I am here for you. I am here if you don't have anyone to turn to. I don't care if I would have to get my mission presidents permission to talk you out of doing something you'd regret. Every soul is precious in the sight of God. If you are sinking don't suffer alone. I love you

General Conference!!

Hey y'all, well I can probably say this was the most uneventful week of my mission. Got to love the isolation life 

I'm sure many of you have the question: are you gaining or losing weight in isolation? The answer to that is I have lost 7lbs the 20 days I have been isolated 😂 

General Conference was amazing! My favorite talk was probably Elder Hollands 😊

Something cool is me & Sister Zaugg went on a walk for our outside time. We like to go to this track that is by our apartment. As we got there, there was a guy leaving. We said hi to him and he seemed like he was in a rush and said hi back to us. Later that day we get a message on our missionary Facebook account and he was like "I'm not sure if it was you ladies I passed by on the track by the elementary school but I just wanted to say I'm sorry I was on my way to work and didn't mean to come off as rude" TECHNOLOGY MY FRIENDS. It's just cool that we had him as friend on Facebook. Maybe he'll accept the gospel! 😄
