💛Monday: Our Relief Society president took us out to get Thai food! I tried tofu for the first time (:
💛Tuesday: We were tracting and knocked on this really nice lady's door. She made us cornbread and gave us groceries 😂♡
💛Wednesday: After a long day of tracting in 95° weather we decided to get frozen yogurt at the end of the day. Also we were doing a contact attempt and as we were walking back to our car there were 3 cute boys who ran up to us and hugged us
😂 it was so precious!
💛Thursday: not the best day in the world but lived through it
💛Friday: IT FINALLY COOLED DOWN!! We went to Ralph's and picked up donuts for a cute family we are teaching 💕
💛Saturday: Was transfer calls!! Our area is getting white washed which means both me & Sister Horsley are leaving! I will be going to Hixon Tennessee and I'm super excited! Haha it's funny because I was in my last area for 6 months and now
I was just in this area for 6 weeks 😉. You never know how long you could stay in an area!
General conference was today and took up most of our time. A very kind member gave us a chickfila gift card so we had it for lunch (: After womans conference, me and Sister Horsley got milk shakes.
💛Sunday: We watched General Conference and ended up watching the afternoon session with a member (: afterwards we had a dinner appointment. It was a good Sunday.
As of today I will be packing and cleaning the apartment (yay!)
One of my favorites quotes from General Conference is "It is not your successes but rather our sacrifice that matter to the Lord"
Our effort of trying is always acknowledged. Sometimes it will bring success and sometimes it doesn't, but the Lord does see our sacrifices no matter how big or small they may be.
Love you! Keep being the amazing son or daughter you are! Have a great week this week and remember a Sister in Tennessee is always rooting you on! 💞
